The course focuses on the Introduction to legal systems and principles, sources of law, Commercial law in Oman, essential elements of contract law, contract terms, and discharge of contract, business structures, and the law of agency. The final part of the course would examine the alternative dispute resolutions, in particular mediation and arbitration (their advantages and disadvantages) and the differences between them.
