Course Aim: To familiarize students with fundamental concepts of organisational behaviour by understanding psychological theories of the organisation at the individual and group levels. 

• The course objectives are to: 
• Familiarise students with the fundamental theories and concepts of organisational behaviour . 
• Help students demonstrate how an understanding of individual and group behaviours can improve the quality of working life and the effectiveness of organisations. 
• Facilitate students in applying OB related theories in organisational settings.
