This course introduces students to the key concepts, tools, and techniques of marketing management. The aim is to orient students to gathering information by scanning the environment, conducting marketing research and developing marketing strategies and plans. Special emphasis is placed on creating customer value, satisfaction, and loyalty; identifying market segments and targets; and devising marketing mix strategies.
