This course will cover in detail the nature of contracts and their essential elements, the legality of contracts and the legal capacity of the parties involved, and the conditions of contracts: implied and expressed terms, exclusion clauses, and transnational terms, as well as discharge of contracts and remedies.

This course aims to address the principles and procedures of purchasing and inventory management.

The objectives of the course are to:
1. Enable students understand the basic concepts and the importance of purchasing and inventory management for organizations,
2. Familiarize students with the tools and techniques used by firms to manage and control their inventory and purchasing functions.
3. Support students learn the advanced theories relating to the current practices while developing their analytical and decision-making skills.
4. Enable students evaluate computer applications, simulations, and digital technology in the areas of purchasing and inventory management.
